Noa Fisher

character-driven post-apocalyptic survival fiction, restrained and quietly tense, focused on humanity and human connection

Followed (expected 2026)
Survival often means staying alone. Kurt has lived by that rule for years. He scavenges, keeps moving, and trusts no one. The fewer attachments, the fewer losses. Then he notices the girl. She appears where she shouldn't be. Alone. Dirty. Hungry. And no matter how many times he sends her away, she keeps coming back. Nikki has nowhere else to go. As the days pass, Kurt finds it harder to ignore her presence. Harder to convince himself she is not his problem. In a world where every bond comes with a cost, the greatest threat may not be violence or hunger, but caring about someone again. The story is about survival, loss, and the unexpected connection between two people who have no reason to trust each other.

Tenebris

After the collapse, no one system won. In the ruins, every group—corporate remnants, warlord territories, scavenger communes—holds a piece of the solution and a piece of the problem.

Tenebris is a series of standalone tales. Each story is set in a fragmented, post-collapse world where modern civilization has decayed into uneven pockets of survival, control, and reconstruction and explores human behavior under pressure: scarcity, uncertainty, power, and moral compromise. Some follow individuals struggling to survive alone, others focus on communities, institutions, or competing systems trying to maintain order or rebuild fragments of the old world.

There is no fixed reading order. Every story is self-contained and can be read independently, though some share characters, events, or perspectives that subtly connect the wider world.

Tenebris is not about technology or the collapse itself, but about people: what they do, what they become, and what they are willing to justify when stability disappears.
